Nikki believes in listening carefully, using evidence, and having the confidence to act when the path is clear. It is how we deliver more for residents: focused priorities, less unnecessary delay, and accountability for results.
ROOTED IN KELOWNA
A home built for generations.
For 30 years, Nikki and her family have called the same Kelowna home their own. It is where they raised three children, welcomed a grandchild, opened their doors to five Kelowna Rockets, and cared for both their mothers.
It has been a true generational home, and a daily reminder that the strongest communities are built around family, care, and connection.

CONNECTING KELOWNA
Created WelcomeToKelowna.com, today’s KelownaNow.
It began as a community information portal and became a media platform connecting Kelowna to the stories, people, and issues that matter.
WHEN “NO” WASN’T AN ANSWER
Chaired the Sweetheart Tournament to grow it from 32 to 105 teams.
She secured ice time and helped build one of B.C.’s largest ice tournaments, creating opportunity for young athletes and local families.
LEADERSHIP THAT LASTS
8 years on the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. One term as President. Two terms as Past President.
Trusted to bring different voices to the table and move the business community forward.
FOR LOCAL FAMILIES
Created KelownaSantas.com, bringing new, wrapped gifts to children in need for 14 years.
In its largest year of giving, the program delivered gifts to 1,400 children across the community.
CELEBRATING LOCAL
Created Best of Kelowna, then grew the celebration across the Interior.
What began as a grassroots promotion became a yearly tradition embraced by the business community in Kelowna, Kamloops, and Penticton.

THE LEVEL UP STORY
She brought world-class leadership to Kelowna.
Nikki created the Level Up Leadership Conference, the biggest single-day leadership event Kelowna had ever seen. It brought former Prime Ministers Stephen Harper and Jean Chrétien, alongside internationally recognized leaders, to our city.
It proved that Kelowna can attract big ideas, big voices, and big opportunity. We do not need to leave town to be part of the conversation.
Big ideas belong in Kelowna, too.
